Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirms that we have received your order, but it does not mean the order has been accepted or dispatched.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order where necessary, including where an item becomes unavailable, payment cannot be authorised, pricing is incorrect or fraud checks are not passed.

Pre-Orders

Some products may be available to purchase on a pre-order basis. Where an item is listed as a pre-order, the estimated delivery timeframe is usually approximately 2 weeks, although this may vary depending on supplier availability and shipping times.

Pre-order items are subject to availability from our suppliers. While we make every effort to fulfil all pre-orders, we cannot guarantee supplier stock levels.

If a pre-ordered item becomes unavailable, discontinued or cannot be supplied by our supplier for any reason, we will notify you as soon as possible and issue a full refund to your original payment method.

You may request cancellation of a pre-order before stock has been ordered, secured or allocated from our supplier.

Once stock has been specifically ordered, secured or allocated to fulfil your pre-order, cancellation requests may be refused because costs may already have been incurred by House of Phoenix in obtaining the item on your behalf.

Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights in relation to faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed goods.

Pricing

All prices are listed in GBP (£).

We aim to ensure all prices are accurate, but errors may occasionally occur. If we discover a pricing error after you place an order, we will contact you before processing the order.

We reserve the right to update prices, offers and product availability at any time.

Payments

Payment must be made in full at checkout.

Payments are processed securely through trusted payment providers such as Stripe. We do not store your full payment card details on our website.

Shipping

We currently offer UK delivery.

Standard UK Tracked Delivery is £3.99, with free UK delivery on orders over £60 unless otherwise stated.

The Edit Collection

Items from The Edit may be limited, one-off or low-stock pieces and may not be restocked.

Returns are accepted in line with our Returns & Refunds Policy, but exchanges or replacement sizes cannot be guaranteed.

Discounts & Promotions

Discount codes must be applied at checkout and cannot usually be added after an order has been placed.

Promotions, offers and discount codes may be changed, paused or withdrawn at any time.

Only one discount code may be used per order unless stated otherwise.

You must not misuse this website, attempt to interfere with its security, upload harmful material or use the website in any unlawful way.

We may restrict access to the website where misuse, fraud or suspicious activity is suspected.
