UK Shipping Costs
We currently ship throughout the United Kingdom.
Standard UK Tracked Delivery: £3.99
Free UK delivery on orders over £60.
Any delivery promotions or temporary free shipping offers will be clearly displayed on our website.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 working days of purchase.
Orders placed after business hours, on weekends or on bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.
During busy periods, product launches or seasonal promotions, processing times may occasionally be extended.
Delivery Times
Once dispatched, standard UK tracked delivery usually arrives within 2–4 working days.
Delivery estimates are provided by the courier and are not guaranteed.
Delays caused by the courier, adverse weather, industrial action or other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery times.
Courier & Tracking
We use reliable UK delivery providers and aim to send orders using a tracked service where possible.
Tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched, where tracking is available.
Please allow time for tracking information to update after your parcel has been handed to the courier.
Dispatch Confirmation
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email to the email address provided at checkout.
If you do not receive this email, please check your junk or spam folder before contacting us.
Incorrect Delivery Information
Customers are responsible for ensuring all delivery details entered at checkout are accurate and complete.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be resent.

Missed Deliveries & Returned Parcels
If a parcel cannot be delivered or is not collected from the courier within the required timeframe, it may be returned to us.
Where a parcel is returned due to failed delivery attempts, refusal of delivery or non-collection, a further delivery charge may be required to resend the order.
Lost or Missing Parcels
If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us and we will assist with investigating the delivery.
A parcel will not usually be considered lost until the courier's investigation period has passed and any required checks have been completed.
