Shipping Costs
We currently offer UK delivery. Shipping costs will be clearly shown at checkout before you complete your order.
From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions or delivery discounts. Any active offer will be clearly stated on our website.
Processing Times
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 working days, excluding weekends and bank holidays.
During busy periods, new launches or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer. We will always do our best to keep you updated.
Delivery Times
Once your order has been dispatched, estimated UK delivery time is usually 2–4 working days.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the courier, seasonal demand, weather conditions or other delays outside of our control.
Courier & Tracking
We aim to use reliable tracked delivery services where possible. If tracking is available for your order, you will receive tracking details once your parcel has been dispatched.
Please allow time for tracking information to update after your order has been handed to the courier.
Dispatch Confirmation
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email using the email address provided at checkout.

Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping details are correct before placing your order. We cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Missed Deliveries
If a delivery is missed or a parcel is not collected from the courier within the required timeframe, it may be returned to us.
If this happens, we may need to charge an additional delivery fee to resend the order.
Lost or Missing Parcels
If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us and we will do our best to help.
