Shipping Costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout.

Customers are responsible for shipping costs unless a promotion or offer is active. Any free shipping deal or delivery offer will be clearly stated on our website.

Processing Times

Orders are processed within 1–3 working days.

During busy periods, launches or promotions, processing times may be slightly longer. We will always do our best to keep you updated.

Delivery Times

Once your order has been dispatched, estimated UK delivery time is usually 2–4 working days.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the courier.

Order Tracking

If tracking is available for your order, you will receive a tracking link once your parcel has been dispatched.

Delays

While we always aim for timely delivery, House of Phoenix cannot be held responsible for delays caused by courier issues, weather conditions, busy seasonal periods, or incorrect delivery information provided at checkout.

Incorrect Addresses

Please make sure your shipping details are correct before placing your order. We cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
