Returns & Refunds

Everything you need to know about returns, refunds and exchanges.

Returns

We hope you love your order, but if you change your mind you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Returned items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, with all original tags attached and returned in their original condition.

Quality Checks

Every item is carefully inspected before being packed and dispatched to ensure it meets our quality standards.

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, incorrect or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible so we can help resolve the issue.

Return Conditions

Items must be returned in a clean, resaleable condition.

Items showing signs of wear, washing, perfume, fake tan, makeup, deodorant marks, pet hair, damage or missing tags may not be eligible for a refund.

How to Start a Return

To request a return, please contact us via our Contact Us page within 14 days of receiving your order.

Please include your order number, the item you wish to return and the reason for return. We will then provide return instructions.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return postage costs when returning unwanted items.

We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot be responsible for returns that are lost or damaged in transit.

Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or otherwise required by law.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.

Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to make the funds available.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible, ideally within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide your order number and photographs where possible so we can review the issue.

Where appropriate, we will offer a replacement, exchange, repair or refund in line with your statutory rights.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, earrings, pierced jewellery, beauty products, cosmetics, underwear, swimwear and items with a removed or broken hygiene seal cannot be returned unless faulty.

The Edit Collection

Items from The Edit may be limited, one-off or low-stock pieces.

Returns are accepted in line with this policy, however exchanges or replacement sizes cannot be guaranteed.

Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

If the size, colour or style you want is no longer available, we may offer a refund or store credit instead.
